My boys are both a source of joy and amusement to me and with so many memories there is so little space left in my head. When you get to my age you have to start brain dumping just to keep up (and these days it's seams to be all the work stuff I am dumping). Then there are grandchildren they are fun to spoil and they are a lot of stress punctuated with amusing moments.
I'm no longer working as I have been diagnosed with Mesothelioma (asbestos related lung cancer) and while a bit overweight I am very happy that I can still get around. Just to add to my misery I spent the 1st to the 16th of April 2020 in hospital with the Corona virus. (just my luck) The past few years have been a very testing time for the family but we can still smile and enjoy life so all is good. I have had to slow down with my Genealogy endeavours due to my health issues and I'm not sure if I will have time to take it up again. I have now completed my "Diploma of Family History" with the University of Tasmania. It's funny how some things turn full circle for instance I now live in Victoria where one of my direct descendants arrived in the mid 1800's and I took up a course in Tasmania where another arrived in the early 1800's.
